Table of Contents

Today, we meet to finalize the Table of Contents. Our rough draft is on eduwikipedia.wetpaint.com under Table of Contents on the left hand side. We have assigned parts to begin the process of moving the table of contents and adding resources to http://www.connect-learn.net/eduwikipedia I was struggling with how to create a new page on the Eduwikipedia site. I was too spoiled by Wikispaces with the "create new page" button. I read and found the easiest way to do this is to type in the title of the new page you are wanting in the search box on the left navigation bar. It will take you to a page that says something like that page has not been created and asks if you would like to create it. From there it is just like any other wiki program. I am intrigued by learning more html code to make it look good. Learning how to number items in code makes me happy! Anyway, my sections of the Table of Contents are on the official Eduwikipedia site. I have only made one page active to see how to do it. I will not make the other pages active until I am ready to work on them. I would hate for people to come and visit the site with a bunch of empty pages. What do you guys think? I will work more on my sections as soon as TETC (Trussville Educational Technology Conference) is over on Jan. 4.
