Another idea for table of contents

I was just reading a post by Amanda Bittinger in Tapped In who was interested in collaborating but didn't know where to get started. What do you think about adding a section in the first part, Web 2.0, that addresses this concern and links to sites where projects are registered? John mentioned one or two in his reply. If Amanda is asking this question then other people are too.
